Penelopy tocantin reference

Here is another reference of Penelopy, but this one is more updated since she is no longer 18 lol, and this one has more information on her then ever so i'm hoping this will be the one used the most, the actual design was inspired by =puritylf4's reference using a 3D picture in the background and all, also I kinda used *Kinomi-Hedgehog's base too I've just been so so busy with so much work it's unbelievable, and the background is an edit ok, I know I know don't yell at me, as I said I'm usually busy, and in this reference it's quite revealing in terms of her personality and what she is really like, use it well and I hope people can understand what she really is personally and physically
